First of all, she is a very good listener. That is very important. She is not the least bit pushy but when we asked her opinion on different aspects of the deal she had great input. She is extremely responsive and timely in her communications. She cares very much about having satisfied clients.

She was always available when we had a question and she relayed information to us quickly and efficiently. Not only was she the ultimate professional, she was a lot of fun to work with as well! I would highly recommend Brittany if you are planning to sell or buy a home.

She was a signature to get the paperwork moving. She did not find me a temporary space to live when i relocated here - I had to go through another realtor to get a temporary apartment. She did not tell me the details of the condition of the home and when I moved it, it was filthy. I purchased the house unseen as I was moving from out of state. Her home inspector did not catch several key issues with the house and he has failed to follow-up with me and Brittany was no help pushing that for me. I vented to her in text recently about the challenges I have had with this move and in return (instead of being a good listener and empathizing with me), she called me a negative person and to "lose her number." If you want to call me, i'm happy to share more details. I also can provide screenshots of the text messages and emails to support these claims. I am extremely disappointed in her level of professionalism. She is by no means a "relocation specialist."

On day 1 we received multiple offers which Brittany guided us through wonderfully and with patience and we ended up with a deal $35,000 over ($55,000 over our expected) listing price.
